We’re an online-first architectural design company. We provide design services to homeowners worldwide through our smart online platform.

We’e designed our service to provide the highest standards with the simplicity and convenience you’d expect in the 21st century. We offer a personalised service package at a fixed price. You get detailed quotes in seconds and we’re available to start within 24 hours. You work with a dedicated team and you can stay in touch via video-calls and chat via our online platform.

Our service is offered through a unique online platform. The work process involves 4 steps:

1. Intake:  Tell us about your space and share any available information about the areas you want us to focus on.

2. Quote: You’ll get an instant price quote and you can personalise your your service package with the services you need.

3. Launch: Discuss your project with your designated project-success manager and launch your project. As soon as you’re ready to start, we’ll put together your designated project team based on your location and the exact needs of your project. If required, we’ll send a team to conduct a measuring survey.

4. Live Project: We’ll start working on your new design based on your requirements. We’ll sketch up our proposed new layout and work with you to reshape it until it’s perfect. You get 2 revision cycles (a set of amendments based on your feedback) or more, in case you choose the ‘unlimited revisions’ option.

5. Your new design goes into production. When you’re happy with the new design we move into full swing, producing a professional floorplan drawing. We can also provide more specific drawings in case you need to apply for planning permissions or if you choose to acquire a lawful development certificate (UK). 3D artwork and a variety of detailed construction drawings are available and you can request them before you launch your project or at any time thereafter.

Depending on the size of your project, it normally takes a couple of weeks to finalise the design work. It largely depends on the time you need to review the proposals and come back to us with feedback. It will take your team about 24 / 48 hours to respond to your feedback with a revised drawing.

Yes. The initial floorplan drawings that you will get as part of the design stage can be used by your builder or structural engineer. Yes, in case you do not already have a sufficient drawing we can send our surveying team to conduct a full measuring survey. In some cases, we may send 3rd party surveyors to conduct the home visit. If you require a survey to be conducted, it will be carried out before the design phase.

By default, we offer 2 revision cycles during the design phase of each project. This means that twice during the design phase we will present you with a design proposal, ask for your feedback and make changes to the design based on your feedback.

If you would like to have more design revisions (read more about design revisions above), you can choose to add an unlimited number of revision cycles to the design phase. To do that, please selected the ‘unlimited revisions’ option when launching of your project.

Since we perform our service remotely, we’ll need information about the space you wish to design. Any information you can provide would be useful: floorplans, layout drawings, hand sketches, photos or a list of measurements. If you cannot provide any information, or if you suspect that the information you have is not reliable, we can arrange to conduct a measuring survey at an additional cost, or guide you how to measure and document the space yourself.

Yes. Over the years we’ve helped many homeowners and developers gain planning permissions and certificates for residential and commercial projects both in the UK and the USA. If you need to apply for planning permission or request a planning certificate - we can help. After processing feedback from your planning officer, we can provide you with a wide range of detailed drawings and documents necessary for your permit application and lawful development certificate submission. Not all architectural services can be done remotely, but many services can. With so much of our daily lives already taking place online, being an online-first business allows us to deliver high-standard architectural work with the convenience, clarity and affordability you may struggle to find locally.

No one knows you better than you know yourself, so knowing what you want can help during your design process. But space planning does require expertise which you or your builder might not hold. The risk of living in a house with faulty design or that of missing design opportunities can be costly. Involving an expert does not mean surrendering your wishes. Our architectural designers will incorporate your design solution, validate it and introduce possible solutions you may otherwise miss out on.
