Our Hand Sketch Package

If you wish to get ideas or compare options our hand sketch package offers the cheapest, quickest and most efficient way to validate your intensions and weigh alternative design options.
Our floorplan specialists will translate your design preferences and needs to create up to 2 alternative floorplan options which you can compare and contrast. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and if needed, the plan will be revised to your satisfaction. The turnaround for this package is up to one week.

Our Floorplan Package

Whether you already know how you want your new space to look or whether you are searching for design ideas, you will need to clearly and accurately convey your design intension to the relevant tradespeople. Our floorplan package starts with hand drawn sketches of up to two design alternatives for your new layout. After discussing and refining your deign during two revision cycles you will receive a formal architectural drawing. The floor-plan drawing includes all necessary measurements as well as the best layout of furnishing, fixtures and fittings. The turnaround for this package is up to two weeks.

Our 3D Premium Package

The most immersive way to experience your future home is through our 3D service package. This is the best way to get a real sense of space, both in terms of size and flow. Since this service is our premium package it includes hand sketches showing up to 2 alternatives, a formal architectural floorplan for your builder or tradesman showing the best layout of furnishing, fixtures and fittings as well as a 3D floorplan of your chosen area and a 3D room view.
The delivery turnaround for this package is up to 3 weeks and in includes 3 revision cycles.

Who can use this service?

Our service is available worldwide and provided primarily online by a designated architectural designer. Each of the three service packages This service option covers a single area, up to 250m2. If your area is larger than 250m2, please contact us for a quote. If you are not sure about the size of your house – please contact us for assistance.

How does it work?

Our Redesign service packages are provided primarily over the internet. You will be asked to provide details about your needs, your current space and your design preferences online. Any existing floor-plans, pictures or rough sketches that show the current state of the area we need to design will can also be uploaded. If you are unable to provide this information, please contact us about our site inspection service. Once we receive your information, we will review it and ask for any missing information before getting the project started. When the information is reviewed and approved, we will assign a designer and you will be able to discuss your project with them through our website’s messaging page. Your first draft sketch, showing one or more design options will be ready within a few days and you will be given the opportunity to review and comment.
