The Art of Adding Space

A challenging conversion of a 3-bedroom house with a new layout suitable for the owners, their 3 young children and elderly parents.

To get more space, the owner planned to knock down the side garage, making room for a new double-storey side extension. As well as that, a new single-storey rear extension was being added with bifold doors leading into the garden. Upstairs, the client wanted to create a dormer in the attic.
